To maintain the integrity, safety, and professionalism of our platform, we have established the following Advertising Policy for all advertisers and sponsors.
🔒 1. Ad Content & Category Restrictions
1.1. Permitted Categories:
Only advertisements directly related to the following categories will be accepted:

- Payment Cards (Credit, Debit, Prepaid, etc.)
- FinTech Products & Services
- Digital Wallets, Payment Gateways
- Business Tools for Financial Management
1.2. Prohibited Categories:
Ads related to the following will not be accepted:
- Gambling, betting, online casino, and similar platforms
- Online trading, forex, crypto speculation, or financial scams
- Adult content or sexually suggestive material
- Any content violating national or international laws
- Political campaigns, hate speech, or religious extremism
1.3. Model Presentation:
Ads must not include obscene gestures, inappropriate clothing, or sexually suggestive poses in any form (image, video, or GIF).
📊 2. Ad Purpose & Data Policy
2.1. All advertisements must be designed strictly for promotion, visibility, or branding purposes only.
Any attempt to collect visitor data, emails, or cookies without explicit, GDPR-compliant user consent is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Ads containing phishing, malware, or redirection to harmful sites will lead to immediate termination of all advertising privileges and possible legal action.
💰 3. Payment & Billing Policy
3.1. All advertisements must be prepaid in full before going live. We do not support post-payment or commission-based ad deals.
3.2. If an advertiser violates platform rules or shows unethical behavior leading us to terminate the ad before the agreed term, no refund of the remaining amount will be provided.
3.3. In case of temporary platform downtime due to technical issues, we will extend the ad term by the exact duration of the downtime plus an additional 10% bonus time.
3.4. For time-specific ads (e.g., 7-day promo), if downtime affects visibility, CEH will provide a digital ad voucher equivalent to the downtime value plus bonus, valid for 180 days for future use.
⚠️ 4. Policy Violation & Suspension
4.1. If any advertisement is found violating CEH’s policies:
The specific ad will be removed immediately.
Remaining live ads (if any) from the same advertiser will continue as per agreement.
The violating ad or project will be blacklisted for 90 days from any further ad placements.
4.2. In case of repeated or serious violations, CEH reserves the right to permanently ban the advertiser across all campaigns.
🖥️ 5. Technical Specifications
5.1. Advertisers must submit banners or creatives in the size and format specified by CEH's ad operations team.
5.2. For dynamic or clickable banners, advertisers must provide a clean and verified HTML embed code. This will be reviewed before installation on our platform.
5.3. All landing pages or URLs linked to must be secure (HTTPS), safe, and free from intrusive popups, forced redirection, or deceptive UI elements.
👥 6. Transparency & Integrity
6.1. CEH operates with full transparency and ethical standards. We do not accept bribes, incentives, or under-the-table arrangements in exchange for ad placement or preferential treatment.
6.2. Advertisers must respect user trust and uphold the standards of professionalism that CEH maintains.
6.3. All deals, payment details, and communication will be conducted via our official business team only at: cardexperthub@gmail.com.
We do not authorize personal agents or middlemen. Any offer or deal made outside official communication will be considered invalid and potentially fraudulent.
